We take a lot of pride in our recipes. We parboil our broth bones, clean each by hand and then simmer the bones for 10 hours to produce the cleanest taste possible — no bouillon powders or fillers here!

We are also passionate about infusing traditional Vietnamese dishes with a Texas touch. We are the first Austin restaurant to offer Pho Wagyu, our most popular specialty dish. Phen Diep, the restaurant’s owner, has always had a passion for cooking. His humble beginnings began in the kitchen of his own home, sharing his love for cooking with families and friends. Although we are now cooking outside the walls of our home, we are still insanely committed to making quality food.
